Since 1981, Neil has predominantly practised in the areas of property and development law. He has extensive experience in unit developments and land subdivisions, residential and commercial conveyancing, body corporate law and management rights.

Neil is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and has been the lawyer behind many major property developments including The Sebel Maroochydore, Oceans Mooloolaba, The Duporth Riverside, Points North Caloundra, Rydges Oasis Resort and many more. Neil represents one of the largest property developers in Australia and countless other property industry clients, consultants and professionals and is one of the Coast's most experienced property lawyers.

Queensland Law Society - Accredited Specialist - Property Law

Paul joined the firm in 1994 and has extensive experience in property law, business transactions, franchising, wills, estate planning and asset protection. Having achieved a High Distinction in the Masters of Law Estate Planning course, Paul is consulted by many accounting and financial planning firms for estate planning, structuring and asset protection advice. Paul holds a committee position with the Property Council of Australia (Sunshine Coast) and represents one of Queensland's largest retirement village operators. Paul advises numerous businesses on best practice and compliance and is often asked to present educational seminars in estate planning, business law and property matters.

In 2011 Paul became a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law, the only practitioner in Queensland to successfully complete the challenging program. Paul believes in continual training and study to grow knowledge, broaden experiences and improve skills and is one of only four Property Law Accredited Specialists on the Sunshine Coast.

Outside of work Paul enjoys surfing, mountain biking and spending time with his wife and young son.

Alison Fleming joined the firm in 2011 after extensive dealings with us in her prior role as corporate in-house lawyer for the Juniper group. Prior to that Alison was a senior associate at esteemed national top tier firm Deacons (now Norton Rose) acting for major shopping centres and commercial clients in the property and leasing division. Alison has acted for many national companies including AMP, ANZ, Coles Myer, Toll North and Lend Lease.

With expertise in retail and commercial leasing, property development, sales and acquisitions of major sites, due diligence and the tender process, Alison brings invaluable expertise to the property division of the firm.

Alison is a highly regarded by her peers and her counsel is widely sought throughout Queensland.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws and graduated from QUT in 1994.

Patrick has practised in the areas of dispute resolution, estate litigation, personal injuries, crime and family law.

His case experience is diverse and includes representing and appearing for clients involved in:- commercial and construction disputes in the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal (now QCAT), Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court proceedings; personal injuries claims; criminal trials and sentences, traffic matters and Family Law property settlements.

Patrick is results driven and has a history of achieving outstanding results for his clients by preferring to adopt a practical and cost effective approach to litigation and dispute resolution.

In addition to the above, Patrick is an active volunteer at the Suncoast Community Legal Centre and has a continuing interest in Family Law Reform.

Robyn joined the firm in 1996 and her career has spanned a total of 30 years in various positions including partner's personal assistant, conveyancer and office and accounts manager. Robyn has extensive experience in almost every area of the law and specialises in purchases and sales of Commercial, Retail and Industrial Property, Businesses, Retirement Village Units and Marina Berths.

Sharon has worked in the legal industry in Australia & New Zealand since 1981 and is experienced in most areas of the law. Sharon joined us in 2005 specialising in residential conveyancing of units, houses and land and was quickly promoted to manage the general conveyancing section of the firm.
