Alison Fleming joined the firm in 2011 after extensive dealings with us in her prior role as corporate in-house lawyer for the Juniper group.

Prior to that Alison was a senior associate at esteemed national top tier firm Deacons (now Norton Rose) acting for major shopping centres and commercial clients in the property and leasing division. Alison has acted for many national companies including AMP, ANZ, Coles Myer, Toll North and Lend Lease.

Alison became a partner at the firm in 2018. With expertise in retail and commercial leasing, property development, body corporate law, sales and acquisitions of major sites, due diligence and the tender process, Alison brings invaluable expertise to the property division of the firm.

Alison is highly regarded by her peers and her counsel is widely sought throughout Queensland.

Outside of work Alison can be found on her property in the hinterland. Alison enjoys camping with her husband and son and doesn’t snow ski as often as she would like .

Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws and graduated from QUT in 1994.
